8 hrs then rinsed well)
1/2 cup Sultanas (soaked 10 min to rehydrate)
1/4 cup Carob Powder
1/2 cup Coconut desiccated
2 tbsps Tahini
1/4 extra cup desiccated coconut for coating

Place all the ingredients in the food processor and process till the mixture starts to come together.
Form into balls and roll into the extra coconut.
These will keep in your fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for a month.
Variations:
Spirulina, maca, cacao, goji berries, spices etc. and any other superfood can be added to this basic recipe.
